We're looking for a Manager, Pricing, Rebates & Market Access Analytics Consulting, to join our growing team and help clients accelerate business outcomes across their commercial organizations.
About the Role
As a Manager, Pricing, Rebates & Market Access Analytics Consulting, you will lead analytical workstreams and deliver impactful solutions that help life sciences clients optimize pricing, contracting, gross-to-net forecasting, and market access decision-making. You will work closely with client stakeholders across Market Access, Trade, Finance, and Commercial Operations while leading consulting teams and delivering high-quality analytical insights.
You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Commercial Analytics Consulting practice and collaborate with senior consulting leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead pricing, rebate, and market access analytics workstreams for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- Develop and deliver gross-to-net (GTN) forecasting models, payer contract analyses, and rebate optimization recommendations.
- Partner with client teams to translate business challenges into actionable analytical insights and recommendations.
- Manage project teams and mentor analysts and junior consultants to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders and support the development of long-term client relationships.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in pricing, market access, managed markets, rebates, gross-to-net analytics, or commercial analytics within life sciences.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients in consulting, analytics advisory, or industry environments.
- Experience delivering client-facing analytics projects and managing project workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payer and channel dynamics, including rebates, chargebacks, managed care, specialty pharmacy, and government pricing programs.
- Experience working with commercial and market access data sources such as IQVIA, MMIT, claims, or rebate datasets.
- Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience supporting GTN forecasting, payer contract modeling, or pricing strategy initiatives.
- Familiarity with government pricing concepts including Medicaid, Medicare Part D, 340B, AMP, ASP, and Best Price.
- Experience with platforms such as Model N, Revitas, Vistex, Anaplan, or similar solutions.
- Exposure to launch planning, market access strategy, or specialty product pricing.
- Understanding of AI-enabled forecasting, predictive analytics, or advanced modeling techniques.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or offshore teams.

Compensation
$81,000 - $129,000 annually
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
