Infrastructure Lifecycle Manager

As a trusted global technology partner, we help organizations optimize processes, automate workflows, and build scalable solutions. We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Lifecycle Manager to provide end-to-end technical lifecycle support for plant infrastructure.
In this role, you will contribute to plant technology strategy, lifecycle planning, risk management, infrastructure upgrades and migrations, ensuring secure, resilient, and production-ready environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for plant infrastructure, including health assessments, technical debt, and obsolescence risks
- Support Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, storage, and networking
- Deploy, administer, and support Nutanix infrastructure, including AHV clusters, Prism, capacity monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate infrastructure activities across Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments
- Support hardware installation, OS deployments, infrastructure upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and workload migrations
- Maintain lifecycle roadmaps, asset records, technical documentation, and risk registers
- Coordinate activities with vendors, site and engineering teams, and support infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Travel by car to nearby locations when required
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure lifecycle engineering and plant/OT infrastructure
- Understanding of Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments
- Experience with lifecycle assessments, infrastructure refresh planning, and obsolescence management
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, storage, networking, and Nutanix
- Understanding of infrastructure capacity, availability, resilience, and risk management
- Experience coordinating infrastructure changes, vendors, and preparing technical documentation
- Good communication skills in Polish; English is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel by car to nearby locations
