Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise application integration. The candidate will act as the key liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into well-defined functional and technical specifications.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Access Management concepts, enterprise application architectures, APIs, integrations, security controls, and software delivery lifecycles, along with strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions.
- Create and maintain detailed requirement documents, business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and traceability matrices.
- Translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform gap analysis and define current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") process models.
- Define integration requirements, data mappings, interface specifications, and API requirements between IAM systems and connected applications.
- Support solution design by ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, scalability, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, architects, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirement clarification, and solution validation activities.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case reviews, defect triage, and sign-off processes.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams during project implementation and change initiatives.
- Support change management, transition activities, and production deployment readiness.

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Knowledge of Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and User Lifecycle Management.
- Experience working with enterprise IAM platforms such as:

- ForgeRock
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- SailPoint
- One Identity
- CyberArk (Good to have)

Required Qualifications

- 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in IAM, Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Digital Identity projects.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise-scale transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IAM migration and transformation programs.
- Experience with banking, financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
