Cognizant is seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑focused Campus Operations Recruiting Coordinator to support our rapidly growing emerging talent pipeline. This role is an integral part of our Campus Operations team, which is transforming traditional campus hiring through innovative, technology‑driven approaches. Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting needs.
  • Apply advanced Excel skills (including V‑lookups, formulas, macros, and pivot tables) to keep candidate databases current and reliable.
  • Own the maintenance of the global onboarding portal, ensuring all content and tools remain up to date.
  • Coordinate the creation and tracking of offer letters for campus hires.
  • Manage the distribution, collection, and verification of onboarding documents (HR forms, background check authorizations, etc.).
  • Serve as a key liaison between Campus Recruiters, Talent Supply Chain partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely employee ID generation and task completion.
  • Initiate and facilitate onboarding processes for candidates and hiring managers; track progress, resolve documentation issues, and address questions.
  • Monitor and manage the team mailbox; respond to candidate inquiries, feedback, and requests within a 24‑hour service-level window.
  • Provide high-touch, professional service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment and onboarding cycle.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed to support the broader Campus Operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or customer-facing role.
  • Experience in high-volume fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships.
  • Experience with data-driven problem solving and decision making.
  • English require and Portuguese would be a plus.

This role is available in: Guadalajara, Mexico and Mexico City, Mexico.
