Design implement and manage voice infrastructure solutions using Operator Connect SBCs and SIP circuits.

Administer and troubleshoot issues within the Microsoft Admin Center.
Develop and maintain documentation for voice infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice services with other IT systems.
Provide technical support and training to endusers and internal teams. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize voice infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in voice infrastructure and related technologies.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Operator Connect SBCs SIP circuits and Teams Direct Calling.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Admin Center for voice infrastructure management.
Hands on experience of Microsoft PowerShell and scripting.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4 years of experience in voice infrastructure engineering or a similar role. Relevant certifications e.g. Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate are advantageous.
