Job Summary
The Asset & Lifecycle Management Analyst maintains accurate inventory and lifecycle records for endpoint, mobile, print, video, and voice assets across Project, driving license optimization, compliance reporting, and secure retirement of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory of endpoint devices, software licenses, and associated entitlements in ServiceNow HAM/SAM.
• Track and manage the full asset lifecycle: procurement, installation, recovery, redeployment, and disposal coordination.
• Validate goods received against purchase orders, identify discrepancies, and submit invoices to finance for processing.
• Validate user entitlement for requested platforms/software and report non-compliance.
• Establish continuous monitoring of devices to identify inactive/non-reporting assets and initiate remediation.
• Optimize software and license spending through reclamation and redistribution across device categories.
• Provide reporting on asset status, lifecycle stage, and compliance with Project standards to leadership.
• Coordinate secure data wiping and environmentally compliant disposal of retired devices.
• Maintain lists of authorized approvers for asset-related requests and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for asset/account management.
• Support recovery activities for lost or stolen assets, including data protection and remediation per Project security policy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years in IT asset management (ITAM) or software asset management (SAM) roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM or equivalent asset management tooling.
• Understanding of license compliance, SOX requirements, and secure data disposal practices.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation/reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with finance/procurement teams on PO and invoice validation.
