Job Title - Engagement Delivery Lead - DataWarehousing
Job Summary
The Engagement Delivery Lead will serve as the senior‑most delivery owner at the client location, responsible for end‑to‑end program execution, resource management, and strategic governance. This role acts as the single point of contact for leadership, ensuring operational excellence, account growth, and seamless delivery across all initiatives.
A strong background in Snowflake architecture, enterprise data platforms, and solution collaboration with client architects is essential. The Engagement Delivery Lead will drive delivery outcomes, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and align execution with both client and vendor organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery for all vendor‑managed programs at the client location, ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
- Serve as the single point of contact for leadership, providing visibility into delivery health, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage resource planning, forecasting, onboarding, and optimization across multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s Enterprise Architecture team to design scalable Snowflake‑based solutions and guide technical direction.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and demonstrating delivery excellence.
- Establish and run governance forums, ensuring transparent communication with client stakeholders and vendor leadership.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, and milestones, proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and industry standards across all delivery streams.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
- Prepare and present executive‑level reports, dashboards, and status updates.
- Implement best practices in program and project management, driving continuous improvement.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to uplift team capability.
- Support hybrid work models by enabling effective communication, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize delivery, resource allocation, and solution architecture.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120-150Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
