Job Summary

As a Technology Architect you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. With a focus on SAP S/4HANA and related technologies you will ensure seamless integration and administration of systems. Your expertise will drive innovation and compliance in research and development contributing to the companys success and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure high performance and reliability
  • Oversee the management of SAP BTP and SAP HANA DB to support business operations and strategic initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance in NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA administration to enhance system functionality and user experience
  • Implement SAP Basis Administration best practices to maintain system integrity and security
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate technological solutions that drive innovation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all technological platforms to mitigate risks and adhere to industry standards
  • Develop strategies for system upgrades and migrations to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize resources
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members and stakeholders
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to maintain competitive advantage
  • Support hybrid work model by ensuring remote access and secure connectivity for all users


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP BTP Administration to manage complex systems effectively
  • Possess strong skills in SAP HANA DB Administration and NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to ensure seamless operations
  • Exhibit expertise in SAP Basis Administration to uphold system security and performance
  • Have experience in research and development to drive technological innovation and compliance
  • Show understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards
  • Display ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities efficiently
  • Bring at least 10 years of relevant experience to provide strategic insights and leadership
  • Be adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs to maintain organizational agility.
