- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Lead Agile delivery for CRM initiatives while driving Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies across CRM, integration, data, reporting, and vendor teams.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives while supporting CRM releases, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide delivery reporting, executive communications, Agile coaching, metrics analysis, and process improvement recommendations to enhance team effectiveness.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
- Proven experience leading CRM delivery programs utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel CRM, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, with experience facilitating Agile delivery across distributed and global teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Agile reporting tools, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
- Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and large-scale enterprise Agile transformation programs.
- Knowledge of CRM business processes spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Experience functions.
- Exposure to cloud transformation, digital modernization, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience supporting multiple Agile squads within complex enterprise delivery environments.
