About the role

As a Crisis Response Agent, you will make an impact by monitoring developing global events, assessing potential risks, and providing timely, accurate intelligence to support critical decision-making. You will be a valued member of the Crisis Response team and work collaboratively with team leads, cross-functional stakeholders, and client teams to identify and escalate incidents that may affect people, operations, or business continuity.

In this role, you will:
Monitor and research emerging global events, including natural disasters, geopolitical developments, public safety incidents, and other crisis situations.
Analyze information from online, public, and internal sources to assess impact and determine escalation requirements.
Escalate incidents of concern accurately and promptly to appropriate stakeholders in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with team members, support teams, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication during developing situations.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall service quality.

What you need to have to be considered:
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Digital Media, International Studies, Communications, or a related field; technical degrees will also be considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
These will help you stand out
Experience monitoring news, crisis events, risk intelligence, trust and safety operations, or related environments.
Knowledge of global current events, geopolitical developments, and emergency management concepts.
Experience conducting research using multiple information sources and validating information reliability.
Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Proficiency in an additional language beyond English.
