Roles and Responsibilities
Mandatory skills:
- Should have good experience in designing BOT
- Blue Prism AD01 certified ( mandatory )and at least 4-5years of experience in BP and Abbyy
- Experience in PDD,SDD,TDD documents
- Ability to be hands-on in BP 7.x
- Ability work on both development and support projects
- Good solid design methods
- Understanding of coding practices
- Experience in High level & Low designs
- Experience in team handling (Arch team) & Client facing
Blue Prism Architect:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience and playing a RPA Architect role for past 4-5 years
• Sound Understanding of RPA technologies and methodology and tools like Blue Prism and Abbyy. Knowledge or experience in other RPA tool is a plus
• Proficient in handling the multiple complex development concepts and designing techniques
• Hands-on experience in handling organization wide automations / transformational consulting projects
• Strong in providing automation analysis, design & assessments
• Strong in gathering automation details, requirement gathering, documentation, process streamlining etc.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills, have excellent presentation and communications skills
• Works independently to manage the projects and respective stakeholders/ and projects.
• Project/strategic planning background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
• Experience in providing end-to-end solution integrating NLP/OCR/AI w/ RPA framework
• Expected to have functional & technical knowledge to explain business problems and cascade information
• Must have Customer handling skills.
• For Architect roles, strong technical foundation, solution design, architectural and tool infra setup knowledge is must
• Identify areas for Proof of Concept (POCs) using leading RPA tools and establish Point of View (POV)
• Good experience in setting up support model & Sharing required metrics for the support work
Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in office ) , till 10:00 PM IST
