Job Summary

Senior Project Coordinator role in a global technology environment focused on hybrid delivery of cloud based Java solutions for financial services clients. The role requires ownership of planning tracking and coordination of projects using Eclipse Java Amazon Web Services AWS public cloud administration and Elastic Search. Contributions will support resilient platforms for investment banking operations and brokerage services improving reliability and efficiency for customers.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end software delivery activities for hybrid projects leveraging Eclipse Java Amazon Web Services AWS public cloud administration and Elastic Search to ensure timely and high quality outcomes for stakeholders
  • Manage detailed project plans including scope timelines dependencies and resource allocations to support delivery of secure and scalable cloud enabled solutions for financial services clients
  • Track and report progress against milestones using clear metrics so that sponsors and technical teams can make informed decisions and respond quickly to emerging risks
  • Facilitate regular meetings and working sessions with engineering cloud operations and business analysts to clarify requirements resolve blockers and maintain alignment on priorities
  • Oversee documentation of technical and functional changes including configuration details for Amazon Web Services environments and Elastic Search usage to support maintainability and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with AWS public cloud administrators to coordinate environment provisioning access management and deployment windows ensuring compliant and reliable releases during day shift operations
  • Support Java development teams by coordinating code integration testing cycles and defect triage activities using Eclipse based workflows to maintain consistent quality standards
  • Partner with stakeholders from investment banking operations and brokerage domains to translate operational needs into clear project deliverables that enhance trade processing and client reporting capabilities
  • Monitor project risks and issues with a structured approach and work with relevant teams to define mitigation actions that protect critical cloud hosted applications and data services
  • Drive continuous improvement of coordination practices by analyzing delivery retrospectives and implementing adjustments that increase efficiency for hybrid work model teams
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance policies including security compliance for AWS public cloud and responsible data handling within Elastic Search driven search and analytics components
  • Align daily coordination activities with the company mission to deliver trustworthy financial technology solutions that strengthen market transparency and improve access to investment services for society
  • Provide clear status communication and expectation management to internal partners so that project outcomes remain predictable and support long term client relationships in the investment banking ecosystem


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience coordinating technical projects that involve Eclipse Java development Amazon Web Services AWS public cloud administration and Elastic Search based services ensuring integration and operational readiness
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of hybrid work practices and effective collaboration across distributed teams using structured communication and planning techniques in a day shift environment
  • Bring practical knowledge of investment banking operations or investment banking and brokerage domains as a desirable asset enabling better translation of trading and post trade processes into technology solutions
  • Apply proven skills in project planning risk management and stakeholder communication with at least five years and up to eight years of relevant experience in complex technology delivery initiatives
  • Exhibit proficiency in using project management tools and tracking dashboards to manage tasks dependencies and reporting while supporting agile or iterative delivery approaches without formal leadership duties
