Responsibilities
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Support professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting along with experience in production support and application support environments. A solid understanding of CPQ processes including product configuration pricing discounting and quote generation is essential. The role requires strong debugging root cause analysis and problem-solving skills as well as experience handling production incidents defects and service requests. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently taking end-to-end ownership of issues and demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The candidate should also be willing to work across IST and PST time zones.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide L2 and L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ applications. The candidate will investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to product rules price rules quote calculations configuration and pricing. The role requires close collaboration with Salesforce business and technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth system operations. The candidate will monitor recurring issues identify opportunities for process and product improvements support releases deployments and production changes and maintain proper documentation of incidents resolutions and known issues. Additionally the individual will proactively work toward ensuring system stability availability and overall application performance.
