Position Summary:

This role is to manage the testing delivery of a strategic Duckcreek implementation program having multiple testing project release cycles, with hands on experience in Duckcreek applications and digital applications. Need expertise in handling parallel project releases with renewal migration projects across all release workstreams of the program. Extensive experience in product testing, team leading, stakeholder management, status reporting, delivery management, product consulting, test strategizing and planning.

•Minimum 15+ years of Testing Experience In web application
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in running & managing Duckcreek implementation, migration and BAU Projects
•Good experience in P&C Insurance domain
•Experience in Automation Testing with Playwright Framework for UI and API automation.
•Proven track record of driving automation implementation to increase test coverage, improve efficiency, and ensure application reliability.
•Good experience in API testing using Postman tool
•Product Certification is preferable
•Strong skillset in creating and managing Test Strategy / Test Plan and work closely with Program Manager.
•Ability to analyze the project delivery requirements and highlight Risks, Issue, Assumptions and Dependencies.
•Strong knowledge and experience in test scenario analysis for Automation in terms of ROI feasibility and determining automation coverage.
•Experience in working with / handling 3rd party stakeholders
•Strong in communication and stakeholder management
•Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party stakeholders
•Experience in handling Agile projects and driving the agile ceremonies
•Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
•Good presentation / reporting skills

Mandatory Skills:

UI Automation Tools- Playwright
Frameworks - UI and API Framework for Playwright
Languages - Java (Primary)
Tools – Jira/Zephyr and Jenkins.
API Testing using Postman

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Work independently with different applications leads, teams, 3rd party
•Formulate Test Strategy and plan on Test Environment, Data Migration, Test Data, System Integration, automation & performance testing
•Drive testing specific meetings and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
•Replan testing scope, schedule and efforts based on program direction and derive a test delivery plan aligning with overall program delivery
•capture and document risks, assumptions, Issues & dependencies at a program delivery level
•Analyze and determine various options based on specific client needs and asks and provide recommendation.
•Drive implementation for the program to enhance automation coverage.
•Identify test scenarios to be automated as per ROI & manage automation deliveries.
•Participate in daily standup calls, Iteration planning meetings, retrospection, QA community meeting etc.
•Create and maintain Traceability matrix.
