Job Summary
This position focuses on policy servicing within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requiring proficiency in MS Office tools. The role involves handling night shifts in a work-from-office model ensuring efficient policy management and customer satisfaction. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process policy amendments endorsements renewals and cancellations efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy-related queries and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed records of policy transactions and updates using MS Office tools for accurate documentation.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Analyze policy data to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets by contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports and presentations that highlight policy servicing metrics and trends.
- Ensure adherence to night shift schedules while maintaining productivity and focus on deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance service quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on policy servicing processes.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on policy servicing procedures and tools.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering accurate and timely policy servicing positively impacting customer trust and satisfaction. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint for efficient policy management.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
- Showcase attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks and documentation.
- Have a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is considered a nice-to-have skill.
- Display adaptability and willingness to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in policy servicing or a related field to contribute effectively to team goals.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
