About the role
As a Senior Consulting Manager, AI Adoption, you will make an impact by helping enterprise clients turn AI investments into measurable business value through strong adoption, change enablement, and user readiness strategies. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with business leaders, IT teams, executive stakeholders, client sponsors, and cross-functional adoption teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead AI adoption and change enablement programs for enterprise clients, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related productivity transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate use case discovery, readiness assessments, and business case development to help clients prioritize and scale AI adoption.
- Design and deliver adoption strategies, communication plans, training curricula, and enablement materials that improve user engagement and drive sustained usage.
- Define, track, and interpret adoption analytics, success metrics, and value realization KPIs to measure impact and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and executive discussions, manage objections effectively, and turn concerns around AI quality, safety, or fear into clear action plans, experiments, and next steps.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this position requires 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. What you must have to be considered
- Proven experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, business change enablement, or organizational transformation in large, complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including use case identification, business case development, readiness planning, and value realization.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot or broader Microsoft productivity transformation programs for large enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in adoption and change management frameworks such as Prosci or equivalent, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, IT, and executive stakeholder groups.
These will help you succeed
- Experience building and enabling champion communities at scale.
- Experience supporting multilingual or multi-geo transformation programs.
- Deep functional enablement experience across personas such as finance, legal, or customer service.
- Experience creating learning assets, adoption dashboards, or Power BI views to track engagement and business outcomes.
- Relevant certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
