Job Summary
This role focuses on delivering high quality customer service solutions for transportation management clients using Node JS React and Angular JS within a hybrid work model and night shifts. The professional will design enhance and support digital customer experience platforms ensuring reliability scalability and strong integration with logistics systems while aligning outcomes to client and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Design robust customer service applications using Node JS React and Angular JS that improve response times and enhance overall client satisfaction across transportation and logistics engagements.
- Develop secure scalable and reusable service components that support multi channel customer interactions including web interfaces support tools and internal operations workflows.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in product support and operations to translate complex customer service requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with transportation management stakeholders to ensure that digital solutions align with industry regulations routing constraints and service level expectations.
- Implement integration solutions that connect customer service platforms with transportation management and logistics systems to provide real time shipment status and incident updates.
- Optimize application performance for night shift operations by fine tuning queries caching strategies and front end rendering to support high availability and reliability.
- Monitor production systems during night shifts to identify issues proactively and drive rapid resolution of defects incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Document technical designs configuration details and support procedures in clear language to streamline future enhancements troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct thorough unit testing integration testing and regression testing of Node JS React and Angular JS components to maintain stable releases with minimal production defects.
- Coordinate with quality and support teams to define acceptance criteria for customer service features and to validate that delivered functionality meets user expectations.
- Implement best practices for security logging and error handling that protect customer data and ensure audit readiness across transportation and logistics applications.
- Assist in planning and executing releases for hybrid work teams by aligning development testing and deployment activities with night shift schedules and support windows.
- Mentor peers on efficient coding patterns within Node JS React and Angular JS stacks to encourage consistent implementation standards and maintainable codebases.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience designing and developing applications using Node JS React and Angular JS with strong emphasis on modular architecture and maintainable code.
- Demonstrate proven ability to work in complex customer service environments supporting digital channels that operate in hybrid work models and across night shifts.
- Show hands on experience integrating applications with transportation management or logistics platforms to deliver real time tracking case handling and status visibility.
- Exhibit strong understanding of microservice patterns restful APIs and asynchronous processing to support high volume customer service workflows.
- Apply knowledge of secure coding practices performance tuning and fault tolerance techniques to maintain reliable systems for global transportation clients.
- Display familiarity with agile delivery methods issue tracking tools and continuous integration pipelines that support frequent and stable deployments.

Certifications Required
