About the role
As a Program Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting critical business operations through data analysis, reporting, customer support, and process improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective communication across teams while helping drive successful program outcomes.
You will be a valued member of the operations team and work closely with business stakeholders, internal support teams, and cross-functional partners to maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and deliver actionable insights that support business objectives.

This is a fully remote position, allowing associates to work from their home office while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners across multiple locations. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.

In this role, you will:
Provide operational and technical support to internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and delivering a high level of customer service.
Generate, maintain, and analyze reports that support business operations, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Review, validate, and monitor data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Manage enrollment-related reporting activities, ensuring data integrity and timely processing of information.
Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain accurate documentation, perform data entry activities, and track operational metrics to support program objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
Assist in the preparation of business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and operational teams.
What you need to have to be considered
Experience in customer service, data entry, help desk support, operations, or a related business support role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage, validate, and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Experience supporting operational processes, business reporting, or program administration activities.

Experience working with enrollment processes, customer operations, or business support functions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
