Position Summary:

•The Delivery Manager will play a crucial role and managing the delivery of IT services and projects within the organization. With a focus on Scrum, Project Scope Management, and IT Service Management, the candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can manage requirements and lead delivery management efforts effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operation and Azure cloud platform. responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives while aligning with client expectations. This role encompasses Project Management, Transition Management, and PMO governance to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment. The Delivery Manager also oversees resource planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•Implement Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Manage project scope by defining and controlling project requirements and deliverables. - Ensure IT service management processes are adhered to, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Lead the requirements management process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed. - Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently
•Drive delivery management efforts to ensure projects meet organizational goals and objectives.
•Manages ITIL-based service delivery, project finance, compliance audits, and automation initiatives.
•Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
•Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
•Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project success.
•Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
•Strong understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware for on-prem & Azure cloud.
•Perform network configuration changes / firewall updates in accordance with change management process.
•Create and maintain network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network diagrams and processes.
•Manages resource allocation, risks, and issues.
•Communicates continuously with stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
•Focuses on strategic orchestration of delivery processes, differentiating from Project
•Managers who handle task execution and timelines.
•Coordinates onboarding or migration activities during transitions.
•Establishes governance frameworks and mitigates risks for seamless handovers.
•Enforces compliance with governance standards within PMO.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation Certification
•CCNP Certification.

Salary Range:>$100,000
