· Monitor learner engagement, flag concerns, and escalate to the FSE where required, act as the first point of contact for GenC questions during sessions

· Reinforce key learning moments, recap sessions, and support peer learning and cohort bonding within the batch

· Share classroom observations and learner feedback with the FSE to enable timely interventions and content improvements

Design & develop learning content

· Create storyboards, e‑learning modules, practice content, learning aids, and job aids

· Structure content into clear learning paths aligned to objectives and assessments

  • Ensure content is ready for SME review, sign‑off, and deployment

· Use AI tools / agents (LMS apps) to:

o Generate first drafts of content

  • Create variations and personalization paths
  • Continuously improve prompt quality and AI usage effectiveness

Work closely with the full stack educator ecosystem

· Act as backend support to FSEs for specific skills/domains

· Incorporate educator and SME feedback into content iterations

  • Ensure alignment to curriculum, skill standards, and program outcomes

AI tools & platforms

· LMS/ apps and AI content agents
