Job Summary
Serve as a senior project manager driving end to end delivery of complex cloud and payment solutions for global stakeholders by planning executing and governing initiatives across Azure and AWS platforms while ensuring compliance with enterprise cloud policies optimizing cost and performance and enabling secure scalable digital card and payment services in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cloud projects across Azure and AWS by defining scope delivery roadmap and realistic timelines that align with strategic business objectives and regulatory expectations in the cards and payments domain.
- Manage cross functional project teams by coordinating tasks removing blockers and monitoring progress so that cloud solutions are delivered with high quality and within approved budgets and schedules.
- Oversee implementation of Azure policy configurations by partnering with cloud architects to ensure that governance compliance and security standards are consistently enforced across all project environments.
- Coordinate with Azure architecture specialists to validate solution designs ensuring that application data and infrastructure components are scalable cost efficient and resilient for high volume payment workloads.
- Drive project planning activities by creating detailed work breakdown structures resource plans and risk registers that provide clear transparency to sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and issues by performing ongoing assessments documenting impacts and executing mitigation or contingency plans that protect delivery timelines and service quality.
- Communicate project status by preparing concise progress reports dashboards and steering committee updates that highlight achievements key decisions and required actions from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product security compliance and operations teams to ensure that cloud solutions for card and payment services meet internal policies as well as industry regulations and data protection standards.
- Optimize use of Azure and AWS services by guiding teams toward appropriate cloud native capabilities that improve system performance availability and maintainability without unnecessary cost growth.
- Coordinate testing deployment and transition to operations by aligning development quality assurance and support teams around clear acceptance criteria and cutover activities.
- Enhance project delivery practices by applying structured project management methods and by sharing lessons learned that strengthen organizational capabilities in cloud and digital payment programs.
- Engage stakeholders in hybrid working model by facilitating workshops virtual ceremonies and regular check ins that maintain alignment and accountability across distributed teams.
- Ensure adherence to day shift expectations by organizing meetings collaboration windows and vendor interactions within agreed working hours while supporting occasional flexibility for global coordination.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in structured project management practices using recognized methodologies and tools to plan execute monitor and close technology projects at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrate strong hands on exposure to Azure policy administration and governance frameworks that guide secure and compliant use of cloud resources across multiple business units.
- Bring proven experience in Azure architecture concepts including networking identity storage compute and monitoring so that project decisions align with well designed reference patterns.
- Exhibit solid working knowledge of AWS services and cloud operations that enables informed coordination across multi cloud solutions and integration scenarios.
- Show prior experience managing or delivering projects in cards and payments or related financial services domains where transaction integrity security and availability are critical.
- Apply excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that support clear expectations timely decisions and constructive collaboration across technical and business groups.
- Utilize strong analytical risk management and problem solving skills that enable effective handling of dependencies constraints and unexpected challenges during project execution.
