We are seeking a highly experienced Product Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in product delivery, project management, and technical program management, with the ability to align business objectives, technology solutions, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires excellent leadership, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure quality execution and timely delivery of strategic programs.
In this role, you will:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
· Support go-to-market (GTM) readiness activities, release planning, and organizational change management where applicable.
· Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver scalable solutions.
· Drive Agile project execution using Jira and industry best practices, facilitating sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and external partners to manage program dependencies and deliverables.
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
· Proven experience in Product Delivery, Project Management, and Technical Program Management roles.
· Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, system design, and sizing methodologies.
· Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
· Demonstrated expertise in risk identification, management, and mitigation strategies.
· Experience managing complex project dependencies and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 81337 to $ 141500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
