We are looking for an Adobe CDP Developer
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
· Actively participate in requirements definition, solution design discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities.
· Provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, helping balance business needs, platform capabilities, architectural standards, and long-term maintainability.
· Communicate technical concepts, assumptions, constraints, and implementation impacts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Take end-to-end ownership of solutions from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
· Serve as a steward of the Adobe ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities to improve platform stability, scalability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.
· Drive root cause analysis and resolution of production issues, implementing sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, data governance requirements, and best practices.
· Monitor implemented journeys, campaigns, and integrations to ensure expected business outcomes and operational health.
· Proactively identify technical debt and recommend improvements that enhance platform capabilities and long-term sustainability.
· Defining data structures, creating and managing journeys, crafting personalized content, and monitoring campaign performance in ACC/AJO/CDP.
· Defining and creating customer segments based on various criteria to target specific groups with tailored content and experiences in ACC/AJO/CDP.
· Optimizing the existing use cases & create the new ones in ACC/AJO/CDP.
· Implement logic for real-time and scheduled delivery using edge based triggers and behavioral data.
· Develops and implements custom solutions within AEP, including integrations with other systems and applications.
· Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Monitor the performance across ACC/AJO/AEP solutions, proactively identify issues and provide timely resolutions. Troubleshoot any technical challenges and optimize journeys, workflows for enhanced efficiency.
· Manage and optimize data processes, ensuring high-quality data is available for campaign segmentation and targeting.
· Develop and execute testing strategies to validate solutions. Ensure that all developed functionalities meet quality standards before deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.)
Experience
· Overall 3+ Years with Adobe Campaign Classic, AJO, CDP, AEP implementation.
· Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack
· Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies, capabilities, and industry best practices.
· Takes initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve processes without waiting for explicit direction.
· Continuously seeks feedback and uses it to improve technical expertise, delivery quality, and collaboration effectiveness.
· Possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
· Exhibits a growth mindset and embraces challenges as opportunities for learning and innovation.
