LSM ISG Graduate Program
At Cognizant, we offer a Life Science Manufacturing Industry Solutions (LSM ISG) program that gives recent graduates a comprehensive training and development opportunity.
During the program, you'll learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Program overview
Our 12-month program offers you the opportunity to learn and understand how we work. Through a combination of classroom training, on-the-job learning, and mentorship from industry experts, you will develop the skills and competencies needed to excel in roles within the life sciences manufacturing sector.
Your first 12 weeks
The first 12 weeks represent only the beginning of the journey and of our investment in the graduate engineers’ continuous professional development, once you have completed the program you will continue to work on real live sites or office projects.
You will be provided with a blend of instructor-led training, practical workshops, presentations by key LSM SMEs, site visits, eLearning courses, and engagement in a real-life technology training project.
Program requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an interest in Automation or the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Has strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate and build relationships across different functions
- Is self-motivated
- Has experience working in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing operation, or a regulated environment is desirable
Boot camp week
As part of the graduate program, you will undergo a boot camp of essential core skills to further self-development. This week is extremely critical as it will include deep dives into the topics depicted in the diagram on the right.
