About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM Benefits team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting employee benefits processes within Workday. This role ensures accurate benefits administration, compliance with organizational policies, and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Benefits modules including health plans, insurance, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable benefits solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday Benefits and external vendors (insurance providers, retirement funds, compliance systems).
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
- Document benefits processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of benefits eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of HR and Payroll processes including compensation and absence management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
