Certifications & Experience required:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow

· CSA (Certified System Administrator).

· 1+ CIS certifications + CAD certification (desired)

Responsible for:

· Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform and applications

· Advanced development experience implementing ServiceNow application

· Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.

· Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.

· Lead technical conversations with the customer.

· Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.

· Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.

· Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following Servicenow best practices.

· Code Review of Technical Consultants code

· Shepherds Technical Consultants helping with implementation questions and approach)
