Job Summary : Join our dynamic team as a Principal Engineer in Execution Systems where you will leverage your extensive experience in AVEVA PI Historian to drive innovation and efficiency. With a focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and enhancing system performance. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of execution systems using AVEVA PI Historian to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Oversee the integration of manufacturing and supply chain processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and innovation. - Develop and maintain system documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades. - Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. - Drive process improvements by leveraging data analytics and insights from AVEVA PI Historian. - Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support in their professional development. - Participate in strategic planning sessions to align system capabilities with organizational goals. - Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in AVEVA PI Historian with proven experience in system design and implementation. - Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing and supply chain domains with a focus on process optimization. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Show proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from system data. - Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster professional growth. - Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Understand industry standards and best practices in execution systems design and implementation. Familiar with standard procedures: Patching Monitoring Audit Trail experience is a plus 9.
