Job Summary
The Principal Infra Developer role is pivotal in designing developing and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions tailored for the Oil and Gas domain. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position ensures seamless integration and operational excellence while driving impactful results for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the Oil and Gas domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow configurations.
- Optimize existing ServiceNow modules to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow-related issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Design and execute ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations workflows and processes to support knowledge sharing and future scalability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze system usage to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow performance.
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and Oil and Gas industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in the Oil and Gas sector understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in designing and configuring ServiceNow workflows integrations and customizations.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Hold a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts.
- Have a solid grasp of industry standards and compliance requirements relevant to ServiceNow and the Oil and Gas domain.
- Bring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 13 years in ServiceNow and Oil and Gas domain.
