  • Work with Cognizant account managers to shape and present solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for architectural and technical decisions.

Engineering Enablement

  • Partner with application development teams to guide implementation according to approved architecture and design standards.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles throughout development and delivery.
  • Review designs and code to ensure high quality, security, and maintainability.

Standards, Governance & Quality

  • Ensure solutions are compliant with customer enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Design application security solutions, including authentication and authorization, across on‑prem and cloud environments.
  • Promote best practices for scalability, reusability, and cloud adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise‑level software application development.
  • Prior experience in the Life & Annuity insurance domain (mandatory).
