Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to drive SAP APO solutions in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in SAP APO modules and domain knowledge in production planning and health & safety to deliver impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and optimization of SAP APO modules including Service Parts Planning GATP Demand Planning SNP and PP-DS to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP APO solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on production planning and control processes within the industrial manufacturing domain to align SAP APO functionalities with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by integrating EHS considerations into SAP APO workflows and processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and recommend improvements to streamline planning and scheduling operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP APO configurations processes and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and stakeholders with SAP APO functionalities and domain-specific insights.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights using SAP APO analytics and reporting tools.
  • Provide support during testing phases to validate SAP APO configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on SAP APO advancements and industry trends.
  • Partner with leadership to align SAP APO strategies with organizational goals and long-term vision.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP APO modules including Service Parts Planning GATP Demand Planning SNP and PP-DS with hands-on experience in implementation and optimization.
  • Showcase deep domain knowledge in production planning and control processes within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Exhibit familiarity with health and safety standards and their integration into SAP APO workflows.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges effectively.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Hold a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP APO solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work models and proficiency in managing tasks remotely and on-site.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and applying new SAP APO features and industry best practices.
  • Showcase experience in conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and system utilization.
  • Possess a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of SAP APO processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP APO Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
