About the role
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end AEM Sites implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern AEM components and Touch UI, along with a solid background in Java, front-end technologies, and integrating AEM with enterprise systems. This role is perfect for a full-stack professional passionate about building scalable, high-performance digital experiences using Adobe technologies.
In this role, you will:
· Design and develop end-to-end AEM solutions, including components, workflows, and integrations
· Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using AEM and full-stack technologies
· Integrate AEM (Sites, Forms, Assets) with enterprise systems and third-party platforms via APIs
· Implement caching strategies, performance optimization, and automated testing practices
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality digital experiences

What you need to have to be considered
· 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites implementations (v6.4+), including component and workflow development
· 5+ years of experience with AEM Touch UI and modern component frameworks
· Strong programming background in Java/J2EE, JSP, HTL, Servlets, and OSGi frameworks (Apache Sling, Felix)
· Solid front-end skills with 8+ years in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SPA development
· Experience with RESTful APIs, AEM integrations, Maven build automation, and cloud/security best practices

The annual salary range for this position is between $95,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
