Job Summary

This hybrid Sr Developer role focuses on building robust automation and low code solutions using PD and PM Ui Path and Power Apps for enterprise clients in automotive and industrial manufacturing domains. The professional will design scalable workflows integrate systems and improve operational efficiency in a day shift environment while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high quality business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Design end to end automation solutions using PD and PM Ui Path to streamline complex business processes and reduce manual effort for enterprise clients
  • Develop scalable and maintainable Power Apps applications that address specific business requirements and improve user productivity across functions
  • Integrate Ui Path workflows with existing enterprise systems such as ERP CRM and custom platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process consistency
  • Analyze existing manual and semi automated processes to identify automation opportunities and create detailed solution designs aligned with stakeholder expectations
  • Implement robust exception handling logging and monitoring within Ui Path solutions to ensure stability reliability and ease of troubleshooting in production environments
  • Collaborate with business analysts architects and testers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and high quality deliverables
  • Optimize existing Ui Path bots and Power Apps components by refining logic improving performance and enhancing usability based on feedback and production metrics
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including process design documents configuration details and deployment guides to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security guidelines
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to configure environments manage deployments and ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security policies
  • Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios resolving defects and guiding business stakeholders through new automation and app capabilities
  • Provide hypercare support after go live by monitoring automations analyzing incidents and implementing corrective actions to stabilize and enhance solutions
  • Engage with product owners and delivery managers to prioritize backlogs estimate effort and plan sprints that align automation and app initiatives with organizational goals

    • Qualifications

  • Combine a minimum of eight years of professional experience with at least several years dedicated to designing and implementing Ui Path based automation solutions in enterprise settings
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in building model driven and canvas Power Apps including form design data modeling and integration with data sources such as Dataverse and SharePoint
  • Apply solid understanding of orchestrator concepts queues and scheduling in Ui Path to manage large scale bot deployments and ensure predictable execution
  • Bring working knowledge of automotive industry or industrial manufacturing processes where possible to design automations that align with shop floor back office and supply chain operations
  • Utilize experience in hybrid work models to communicate effectively with distributed teams through virtual collaboration tools and structured status updates
  • Employ familiarity with software development lifecycle practices including requirement analysis source control code review unit testing and continuous integration for automation and low code projects
  • Maintain strong problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues in workflows data integrations and user interfaces and to implement sustainable fixes
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences and to gather clear process inputs for automation
  • Show commitment to continuous learning by keeping current with new Ui Path features Power Platform updates and industry trends relevant to automation and digital transformation
