We are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Automation Engineer who combines strong Power Platform administration and governance expertise with hands-on development experience and a passion for automation, DevOps, and AI-driven solutions.
What You'll Do
· Manage and optimize Power Platform environments, ensuring security, governance, and performance
· Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot
· Administer connectors, integrations, data flows, and platform standards
· Support Azure DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, Git repositories, and Infrastructure as Code (YAML, Terraform, Bicep)
· Work with Azure services, including App Services and Azure Functions
· Troubleshoot and improve applications, workflows, and automations
· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive platform adoption
What You Bring
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and deployment automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
- Based in Poland
Agile Experience
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic projects with evolving requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience supporting SharePoint-based solutions
- Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
