Job Summary
This hybrid role seeks a Technology SME with eight to twelve years of experience specializing in Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Analytics Cloud to design and deliver robust data integration and analytics solutions while ensuring high quality standards. The role supports financial risk regulatory and governance focused initiatives aligned with global enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
- Design robust data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator to ensure reliable data movement across enterprise systems and support complex analytical workloads
- Develop optimized extraction transformation and loading workflows that improve data accuracy timeliness and consistency for critical business reporting
- Configure Oracle Analytics Cloud to deliver secure interactive dashboards and reports that provide clear insights for data driven decision making
- Optimize semantic models and data queries in Oracle Analytics Cloud to enhance performance and improve responsiveness for high volume analytics users
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate financial and risk related requirements into scalable technical designs that align with enterprise standards
- Document solution designs data flows and configuration details thoroughly to ensure maintainability knowledge sharing and smooth handover to operations teams
- Coordinate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure environments for Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Analytics Cloud are stable resilient and well monitored
- Implement data quality checks reconciliation logic and validation rules to ensure high confidence in analytics used for financial risk and compliance reporting
- Participate in functional and technical testing cycles to verify integration logic report accuracy and overall solution robustness before production deployment
- Support incident analysis and problem resolution by investigating data pipelines analytics models and environment configurations to minimize downtime
- Guide peers and junior practitioners by sharing best practices for Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Analytics Cloud usage while promoting reusable components
- Align solutions with financial risk and governance objectives by ensuring traceable data flows that support transparent and audit ready reporting processes
- Engage with clients and internal teams in a hybrid work setup using structured communication and clear documentation to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator including development of complex mappings reusable components and scheduling strategies for enterprise data integration
- Show proven hands on experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud configuring data models building dashboards and tuning analytics to meet demanding business requirements
- Apply knowledge of Oracle based reporting such as analytics content previously known as OBIEE to modernize or migrate reporting assets into Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Bring familiarity with financial risk management concepts to better understand data structures metrics and controls that drive risk sensitive reporting solutions
- Utilize experience in regulatory and compliance related domains to design data flows that support transparent traceable and auditable reporting processes
- Exhibit understanding of governance risk and compliance practices to ensure that data integration and analytics solutions support policy adherence and oversight activities
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in hybrid teams coordinate with multiple stakeholders and articulate complex technical topics in clear terms
Certifications Required
Oracle Data Integrator certification or Oracle Analytics Cloud certification preferred
