Experience: 4 to 12 years

Location: All CTS Location (3 days office, Hybrid mode)

Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days


Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Veeva Vault applications to meet complex business needs while maintaining high standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Develop scalable configurations and components on the Veeva Vault platform that streamline clinical and commercial processes for global users
  • Implement robust Veeva Vault migration strategies that ensure accurate extraction transformation and loading of legacy data into target environments
  • Create and optimize migration scripts and utilities that reduce downtime and improve overall migration quality across multiple Vault domains
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate detailed requirements into efficient Vault configurations workflows and document lifecycles
  • Coordinate end to end validation activities including test planning execution support and documentation to ensure that Vault solutions comply with internal and external quality standards
  • Optimize Veeva Vault CRM configurations so that field teams gain timely access to accurate customer and product information that supports ethical engagement
  • Integrate Veeva Vault with surrounding enterprise systems through secure interfaces that improve information flow and reduce manual intervention
  • Troubleshoot production issues across Vault configurations CRM components and migration pipelines while implementing preventive measures that reduce recurrence
  • Document technical designs configuration decisions and migration procedures in a clear and reusable manner that supports long term maintainability
  • Guide junior team members on Veeva Vault development standards configuration patterns and testing practices that raise the overall quality of project deliverables
  • Engage with stakeholders in a hybrid model using clear verbal and written communication in English to align expectations and provide status updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform performance user satisfaction and the broader societal impact of life sciences solutions through better data and processes


Qualifications

  • Showcase strong hands on experience designing and configuring solutions on the Veeva Vault platform including document management workflows and security models
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in planning and executing Veeva Vault migrations using industry standard tools and approaches to handle complex data structures
  • Apply practical knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM to configure objects page layouts and business rules that support compliant customer engagement
  • Utilize solid experience in enterprise data modeling mapping and transformation to support accurate and efficient migration activities
  • Exhibit proficiency in analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical specifications that can be implemented reliably on the Vault platform
  • Display experience working in hybrid delivery models with global teams using collaboration tools and clear communication in English to coordinate work effectively
  • Leverage familiarity with validation practices and documentation in regulated environments so that all Vault changes meet audit and compliance expectations


Certifications Required

Veeva Vault Administrator certification or equivalent Veeva Vault technical certification preferred
