Responsibilities : -Design and develop complex Pega applications that streamline core business processes and deliver high reliability and performance across enterprise environments in a hybrid work arrangement during day shifts. -Configure and customize Pega Platform components to build reusable rules cases and workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort for business teams. -Architect solutions using Pega Frameworks that align with industry standards and internal governance practices to ensure maintainable and scalable implementations over time. -Implement decision strategies within Pega Decision Hub that enhance customer interactions optimize offers and support data driven outcomes that contribute to sustainable business growth. -Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed Pega designs ensuring traceability from user needs to technical implementation and measurable value. -Review refactor and optimize existing Pega applications to improve system performance reduce defects and enhance user experience while adhering to organizational quality guidelines. -Establish robust integration patterns between Pega solutions and enterprise systems to enable secure data exchange accurate reporting and cohesive end to end process flows. -Apply experience with asset and wealth management processes when applicable to design decision strategies case structures and workflows that reflect domain best practices and regulatory expectations. -Perform thorough unit and system testing of Pega components and decision strategies to validate functionality ensure data integrity and minimize production issues. -Prepare clear technical documentation for Pega implementations including solution design configuration details and release notes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. -Provide guidance and mentoring to junior Pega developers by reviewing configurations offering constructive feedback and promoting structured development practices that uphold quality standards. -Support incident analysis and defect resolution by investigating root causes within Pega applications and implementing sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence and enhance stability. -Engage in continuous learning on new Pega features and decisioning capabilities and propose targeted improvements that help the organization innovate responsibly and deliver better outcomes for clients and communities. -Qualifications -Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Pega Platform including case management rule authoring user interface configuration and system administration for large scale implementations. -Exhibit strong hands on expertise in Pega Frameworks relevant to enterprise applications with a track record of building reusable components and maintainable solutions. -Show deep practical experience with Pega Decision Hub including strategy design next best action configuration and data driven decisioning to support personalized customer engagement. -Apply solid understanding of software development practices including modular design version control testing approaches and release management within Pega environments. -Display exposure to asset and wealth management domain concepts such as client onboarding portfolio servicing and advisory processes to inform solution and decision design when needed. -Communicate clearly and collaboratively with business and technology partners to gather requirements explain Pega capabilities and align solutions with organizational objectives without requiring travel. -Maintain high standards of quality security awareness and compliance focus while operating effectively in a hybrid work model and standard day shift schedule. 9.
