About the Role
As a Consulting Manager – Commercial Lending Business Analyst, you will make an impact by bridging business and technology teams to deliver transformative commercial lending solutions. Leveraging your expertise in ACBS and commercial lending product configurations, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, and support the successful delivery of lending platforms and servicing solutions.
You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to drive lending transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, business rules, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes across commercial lending and loan servicing operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise in ACBS, including lending product configurations, workflows, servicing processes, and system capabilities.
- Partner with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered successfully.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Extensive experience working with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
- Deep expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story development.
- Strong experience with commercial lending product configurations and loan lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience documenting business requirements, process maps, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Experience supporting commercial lending transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, credit operations, syndicated lending, or related banking domains.
- Experience working with large financial institutions and enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technology teams.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $110,000 – $129,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
