About the Role
As a Consulting Manager - ServiceNow Advisory & Digital Transformation, you will help clients optimize and modernize their IT service management capabilities through the ServiceNow platform. You will lead transformation initiatives, partner with stakeholders to improve processes, and drive the adoption of scalable ITSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and user experience.
You will be a key member of our Digital Operations and Enterprise Service Management practice, collaborating with client leadership, ITSM teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through ServiceNow-enabled transformation.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation initiatives across ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request Management, and Service Portal.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, governance, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance on CMDB governance, service mapping, and configuration management practices to improve data quality and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ServiceNow workflows, enhance user experience, increase platform adoption, and deliver sustainable business value.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
· 8+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within enterprise ITSM environments.
· Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
· Experience leading ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
· Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
· Experience driving Change Management governance, CAB processes, risk assessments, and operational compliance.
· Strong knowledge of CMDB best practices, configuration management, service mapping, and data governance.
· Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
· Experience leading testing, user acceptance activities, documentation, training, and adoption initiatives.
These Will Help You Succeed
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other ServiceNow certifications.
· Experience in ITIL-based environments and ITSM process design.
· Experience driving digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
· Knowledge of enterprise workflow automation and AI-enabled service management capabilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
· Experience working within consulting organizations and delivering transformation programs for large enterprise clients.
Total Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $126,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
