Responsibilities : - Drive end to end analysis of automation opportunities across business processes to reduce manual effort improve consistency and enable scalable operational performance within the hybrid work environment - Design and refine access management models that safeguard critical assets while supporting efficient user provisioning entitlement review and timely resolution of access related issues - Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics management frameworks that track key performance indicators operational trends and compliance posture to inform strategic and tactical decisions - Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements for automation and access initiatives translating complex needs into clear analytical deliverables and actionable recommendations - Implement data driven methods for monitoring automation outcomes by analyzing throughput error rates cycle times and user feedback to continuously optimize process design and tool configuration - Evaluate access management controls through systematic review of roles permissions and segregation of duties to identify risk exposures and propose pragmatic remediation options that align with organizational policies - Construct robust metrics dashboards using standardized data definitions and calculation rules to ensure consistent reporting across functions and to support regular leadership review of operational performance - Collaborate with operations focused stakeholders to interpret metrics results uncover root causes of performance issues and prioritize remediation actions that enhance service reliability and customer outcomes - Guide documentation of automation workflows access management procedures and metrics governance standards so that teams have clear references for adoption training and audit readiness - Analyze incident and request data related to access management to detect patterns of recurring issues recommend process adjustments and strengthen preventive controls that reduce disruptions to business activities - Optimize data collection methods for metrics management by defining source systems data quality checks and refresh schedules that support timely insights without overburdening operational teams - Coordinate hybrid collaboration routines using digital tools and structured communication practices that keep day shift stakeholders aligned on automation progress access changes and metrics updates - Evaluate the impact of automation access enhancements and metrics maturity on overall operational resilience and societal outcomes by highlighting how improved efficiency and governance support responsible and sustainable business practices Qualifications - Demonstrate extensive experience in designing and executing automation solutions that streamline complex workflows integrate multiple systems and deliver measurable improvements in productivity and accuracy - Apply advanced expertise in access management to configure roles manage entitlements and support audit activities while ensuring that users receive appropriate access in a timely and controlled manner - Exhibit strong proficiency in metrics management by defining relevant indicators establishing baselines and performing trend analysis that helps stakeholders make informed operational and strategic choices - Utilize deep analytical skills to interpret large and diverse data sets related to operations automation performance and access risk transforming observations into practical guidance for process owners - Draw on prior exposure to operations environments to understand service level commitments escalation pathways and operational constraints enabling recommendations that are realistic and aligned with business priorities - Communicate complex findings in a clear and structured manner tailored to technical and non technical audiences so that decision makers can easily grasp implications and act on proposed solutions - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for further automation tightening of access controls and enhancement of metrics visualization thereby contributing to an evolving culture of excellence 9.
