As a Infrastructure Manager you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors while ensuring enterprise platforms remain stable, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The role requires a combination of technical depth, business systems expertise, stakeholder engagement, and transformation leadership to drive successful platform adoption and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the technical architecture, support, and performance of key enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into system designs, enhancements, and actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver platform enhancements and resolve production issues.
- Partner with third-party vendors to support implementation, optimization, maintenance, and contract-related activities.
- Support enterprise transformation programs through governance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you need to have to be considered:
- 8 to 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms and managing end-to-end system lifecycles.
- Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives, including HR, Talent Acquisition, CRM, or other enterprise technology modernization programs.
- Knowledge of advanced integrations, enterprise data architecture, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps, vendor strategies, and enterprise technology decisions.
- Experience working within highly matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational alignment.
- Proven track record of leading innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required AI Competencies:
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including: Predictive Modeling, Natural Language Processing (NLP) andGenerative AI
- Experience using AI-enabled features within enterprise applications, such as: Candidate matching, Intelligent automation, Virtual assistants/chatbots and AI-driven recommendations
- Ability to identify and implement AI opportunities that improve: Business processes, Operational efficiency and User experience
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and the role of data in AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI technologies and best practices.
AI Utilization Expectations
- Consistent Usage: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly utilization of approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other enterprise-approved GenAI solutions.
- Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to improve coding efficiency, documentation quality, data analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on evolving AI capabilities and apply new features to improve delivery quality, innovation, and productivity.
