In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy and delivery for the Finance Transformation programme, with primary accountability for integrated E2E quality across Oracle and all upstream/downstream integrations. This role establishes programme-level test governance, quality gates, and cross-workstream coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring functional and technical E2E readiness for cutover, parallel run, and go-live. This is a programme-level testing leadership role — execution is performed by workstream test leads and IT QA/scrum teams; the E2E Testing Lead orchestrates planning, assures coverage/traceability, and escalates risks/issues.
In this role, you will
- Lead testing efforts for Oracle Financials ERP implementations, upgrades, quarterly updates, and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases covering core financial workflows—including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Asset Management, and Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Own programme-level E2E quality outcomes for Oracle Financials releases, including RICE deliverables, and provide integrated go/no-go recommendations based on evidence.
- Develop, own, and drive the end-to-end test strategy, framework, and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and delivery timelines.
- Lead creation/review of high-quality E2E test scenarios, test cases, and traceability to requirements and business processes.
- Align E2E testing to program milestones (releases, cutovers, parallel runs) and ensure readiness for go-live.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple parallel workstreams, managing dependencies, shared environments, and data requirements.
- Delivered in multiple releases, with designated test leads accountable for system testing across the various test cycles; the End-to-End Testing Lead will work closely with these leads to coordinate integrated planning and execution and to ensure end-to-end quality across the solution and all related integrations.
