About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Enterprise Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will lead analytics and data warehouse implementations, architect scalable solutions, drive client engagements, and manage end-to-end project delivery.
In this role you will
- Lead Oracle Analytics, Data Warehouse, and FDI implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Design and develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using FDI, OAC, OBIA, ODI, and OBIEE.
- Conduct business requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution blueprinting, and business process design workshops.
- Architect dimensional models and enterprise data warehouse solutions for Oracle Cloud applications.
- Integrate multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms.
- Manage client communications, delivery governance, risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder reporting.
- Participate in RFP responses, solution reviews, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Coordinate offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery and project success.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide effective workarounds.
- Prepare project status reports, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to project milestones.

What you need to have to be considered
- 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle BI Applications or developing Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Strong experience designing and developing customizations and extensions on FDI, OAC, OBIA, ODI, and OBIEE platforms.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, Cloud ERP, SCM, Procurement, and related subject areas.
- Experience performing Physical View Object (PVO) analysis and designing enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration strategies and loading data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience leading at least 3-5 full lifecycle OAC implementations and OBIA implementations across HR Analytics, Financial Analytics, Procurement & Spend Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, and Project Analytics.
- Strong Oracle Database querying skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL procedures.
- Experience in dimensional modeling and enterprise data warehouse architecture.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and client relationships.
- Experience preparing status reports, managing project schedules, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with onsite and offshore teams in global delivery environments.

- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) certifications.
- Experience contributing to RFP responses, solution proposals, and client presentations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics best practices.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and analytics modernization initiatives.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
