Job summary
The Manager Design Project Management is responsible for supporting
the planning design execution governance and delivery of workplace
fitout renovation and capital projects across the portfolio The role
ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and in accordance
with organisational standards while effectively managing stakeholders
vendors risks and project controls
Responsibilities
Support endtoend project planning scheduling monitoring and
execution of workplace and real estate projects
Develop and maintain project plans budgets milestones resource
requirements and delivery schedules
Coordinate with internal stakeholders business teams architects
consultants contractors and service partners to ensure seamless
project delivery
Drive project governance through regular reviews compliance
tracking documentation management and adherence to established
project management frameworks
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues and
implement mitigation plans to minimise impact on delivery timelines
Manage project change requests dependencies escalations and
corrective action plans
Prepare leadership dashboards project status reports budget
trackers and executive presentations for governance reviews
Support procurement activities contract administration vendor
management and commercial evaluations related to project delivery
Ensure compliance with design standards quality requirements
statutory regulations safety guidelines and workplace standards
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with
business requirements and portfolio objectives
Track project financials budget utilisation cost variances and
forecasting to support informed decisionmaking
Drive continuous improvement initiatives standardisation efforts
and best practices across project management processes
Certifications Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction
Management Project Management or a related discipline
Professional certification in PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project
management methodology
