About the role
As an Oracle ERP Cloud Architect, you will make an impact by serving as the client-side ERP architect and trusted advisor on a strategic Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud transformation, defining the roadmap, providing architectural governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale ERP modernization program. You will be a valued member of the ERP transformation team and work collaboratively with System Integrators, business stakeholders, external consultants, and clients.
In this role, you will
- Serve as the internal Oracle ERP Cloud Architect and key business stakeholder throughout the ERP transformation lifecycle, leading the Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud migration strategy including fit-gap analysis, solution design validation, testing, cutover planning, and deployment.
- Provide architectural leadership across Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Partner with System Integrators to review and validate configurations, solution designs, integrations, data conversion approaches, customizations, reporting solutions, and extensions.
- Define and oversee integration architecture across Oracle ERP Cloud and connected enterprise applications, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HighRadius, Kyriba, Coupa, Oracle EPM Cloud, EDM, and other third-party SaaS platforms to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
- Drive governance frameworks, risk management, issue resolution, executive communications, and cross-functional program coordination while acting as the client-side solution owner and leading vendor and System Integrator management.

What you must have to be considered
- 8+ years of experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, including proven experience leading Oracle EBS to Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, implementation methodologies, and enterprise best practices, with experience across Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience leading data migration, testing, deployment, and organizational change activities for ERP programs, and demonstrated success managing System Integrators, implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience supporting large-scale global ERP modernization initiatives.
These will help you succeed
- Oracle Cloud ERP Certification.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with Oracle EPM Cloud and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Experience working with HighRadius, Kyriba, Coupa, and other SaaS business applications.
- Background in complex enterprise transformation programs across multiple business functions and geographies, including serving as the client-side ERP solution owner during Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, and controls within ERP environments.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until October 14, 2026.
- The annual salary for this position is between $106,200 - $143,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
