Desktop Technician – Executive Support
Location : New York, NY 10011 ( 100% Onsite )

Operating System Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues on Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS and Apple devices (iOS, iPads).
- Executive/VIP/White Glove Support experience
- Walk-in Support experience
- Device Migration: Experience with seamless transitions between Windows and Mac environments.
- Software Deployment & Patch Management: Proficient in managing OS image patching, software updates, and application deployments.
- End-User Support: Providing technical assistance for desktop client applications, ensuring optimal software performance.
- Hardware Services: Conducting installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC), as well as break/fix solutions for laptops and desktops.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Handling procurement, disposal, and inventory tracking of IT hardware.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Managing devices through Intune and JAMF for enterprise-wide security and configuration.
- IT Service Management (ITSM): Expertise in incident and problem management, leveraging NexThink for in-depth problem analysis
- On-Site & Remote IT Support: Delivering desk-side assistance, conference room technology support, and field services for remote sites

The Salary for this position will be 59000 to 70,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
