· Build reusable accelerators for ITSM and AI Agent triage and deflection in Q4 FY26, and for Now Assist and AI Agents agentic workflows in Q1 FY27.
· Lead RFP architecture where Agentic AI differentiates the solution, and establish responsible AI and AI governance delivery standards for the CoE.
· Partner with the Academy to co-deliver Agentic AI upskilling through dedicated cohorts and modules embedded in other capability streams’ training.
Your capacity will be split between billable delivery (at least 60%) and core CoE responsibilities (no more than 40%).
