Ads Optimiser - GERMAN

We are seeking a motivated optimiser to work on large scale clients’ accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.

Ideal Candidate

  • Understands and can explain the Search, (Display and Video favourable)
  • Understands client campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other data that is necessary to provide campaign management services
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the AdWords platform (completes Search, Video and Display certifications)
  • Stays up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency using all relevant software tools: Google Docs, Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced)

Execution and Productivity

  • Works on the assigned cases independently and completes the case within stipulated TAT
  • Develops appropriate campaign strategies to support the pursuit of campaign goals and implements them within the AdWords UI (including ETAs and optimization)
  • Adjusts working style to meet the needs of tasks and clients
  • Aligns with expectations for all deliverables and alerts leads/clients if any deliverables are going to be delayed
  • When speaking and/or writing, uses proper English grammar without errors
  • Demonstrates solid English pronunciation and projects confidence when speaking
  • Native speaker C level proficiency in GERMAN language

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in AdWords, customer support
  • Hands on Google Ads (Google AsWords) is a strong desirable (Certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of online Search advertising
  • High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)
  • Proven ability to become an expert in new technologies in a short time frame
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
  • Objective and analytical approach to decision making
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
