Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities and Expertise
Provide advanced Level 2 support for Siemens OpCenter MES resolving complex production issues such as order execution failures workstation connectivity problems and serialization or labeling errors
Perform detailed technical root cause analysis for major MES incidents identifying underlying causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions
Execute approved service requests including standard data extraction controlled configuration updates and system aligned changes under validation controls
Develop maintain and enhance knowledge base articles and technical support documentation in alignment with GMP and validation standards
Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 analysts to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and reduce repeat incidents
Monitor and analyze system health performance trends and recurring issues to support proactive improvements and platform stability
Collaborate closely with Level 3 site support teams and Level 4 vendors for escalations defect resolution and product level fixes
