Job Summary : As an Architect specializing in Workday technologies you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our HR systems. With your expertise in Workday Studio and Workday Integrations you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Responsibilities : - Design and implement Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance HR processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical support. - Optimize Workday Studio processes to improve efficiency and performance. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. - Provide training and guidance to team members on Workday technologies and best practices. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience. - Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time and within budget. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive innovation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Ensure documentation of all technical processes and configurations for future reference. - Support the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications - - Possess strong experience in Workday Studio and Workday Integrations demonstrating technical proficiency. - Have a solid understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with Workday technologies. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Workday solutions. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. 9.
