Responsibilities : - Design and implement Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance HR processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical support. - Optimize Workday Studio processes to improve efficiency and performance. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. - Provide training and guidance to team members on Workday technologies and best practices. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience. - Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time and within budget. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive innovation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Ensure documentation of all technical processes and configurations for future reference. - Support the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications - - Possess strong experience in Workday Studio and Workday Integrations demonstrating technical proficiency. - Have a solid understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with Workday technologies. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Workday solutions. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. 9.
